Under National USA Volleyball rules, players can only play in National Qualifying events for one club. The HOA Powerleague and the Premier Regional Championships are National Qualifying events. If a player has played in the Powerleague for a club, they no longer can play in a National Qualifier or in the Premier Regional Championships for another club.
Number Of Players. In general, teams must have at least 6 players to start the match, and at least 6 eligible players (substitution players, or “subs”) to play the match. There are 6 players on court for each team during the match. In FIVB rules, a team may have up to 14 players in total.
Practice Facility Rules. No personal volleyballs should be brought to facility. At completion of each session, all balls must be racked and accounted for. All areas of the gym must be picked up of all materials. No Gum, candy, pop or “energy’ drinks. Players must be dressed appropriately entering the gym and departing from the gym – no sandals.

The free playing space shall measure a minimum of 7 m in height from the playing surface. For FIVB, World and Official Competitions, the free zone shall measure 5 m from the side lines and 6.5 m from the end lines. No waiver necessary. Ball must have NFHS authenticating mark. UNIFORM: Since volleyball does not have home and away uniforms, either or both teams may wear pink. Uniforms must meet NFHS requirements (Rule 4-2) including legally positioned numbers (Rule 4-2-4). No advertising or slogans are allowed on the uniform.
The following rules and regulations are what are expected from all club members and their families. These rules are in addition to any and all rules set forth by USA Volleyball (USAV) and Oklahoma Region Volleyball Association (OKRVA). Accountability for ALL events is mandatory. If a player must miss all or part of ANY event, the coaches and club administrators should be notified as soon as possible prior to that event.
